Sales and shipping conditions

1- Sales outlets

All our guitars are available for purchase on the guitaresdantan.fr website, as well as in our workshop in the Upper Aude Valley (by appointment, please contact us). Guitares d’antan instruments are sold by LUIS.SORIA RESTAURATION INSTRUMENTS EN BOIS(contact@guitaresdantan.fr | SIRET : 90066418600013).

2. Terms of payment

Payment by bank transfer only.

3. Delivery

Delivery will be made by Chronopost or DHL to the address given when the order was placed.

Delivery and customs charges are to be paid by the buyer, as well as 10% of the price of the instrument for preparation costs.

All guitars are delivered in a classic case. Guitare d’antan also offers a “reinforced security case” option at €250. For more information on this option, please contact us.

Delivery time

Delivery time is between 2 and 5 days.

Delivery charge

Delivery of musical instruments from €40 for France and from €100 outside France.

Delivery damage

Delivery is made by handing over the product directly to the addressee at the address indicated at the time of ordering, against the latter’s signature. Each instrument is inspected and properly packaged by us before dispatch.

Upon receipt, the goods must be immediately inspected by the customer for any transport damage. If the contents are damaged, this must be clearly noted on the delivery note. In this case, please contact Guitares d’antan within 24 hours of receipt of the parcel. Guitares d’antan reserves the right to request photos at a later date in order to file an insurance claim.

Guitares d’antan undertakes to replace damaged goods or to reimburse all costs incurred if the goods are no longer in stock.

Any complaint not carried out in the rules defined above and within the time limits could not be taken into account and will release Guitares d’antan of any responsibility with respect to the consumer.

4. Right of withdrawal (excluding on-site purchases)

Cooling-off period

The buyer has a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the day after he takes possession of the goods, without justification or payment of penalties on his part, with the exception of return costs.

Withdrawal decision

The customer must inform Guitares d’antan by email at contact@guitaresdantan.fr and by telephone before the withdrawal period expires.

The withdrawal period is deemed to have been observed if the customer sends notification of withdrawal before expiry of the required period.

No parcel will be accepted if this information is not provided.

Product return

The instrument must be returned within 14 days of the date of dispatch of the withdrawal request.

Refund

As soon as Guitares d’antan has received the merchandise and verified that its condition is identical to that of the original shipment, you will be reimbursed.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If the product is incomplete, damaged or deteriorated by the purchaser, including during transport for the return of the product, the customer may not exercise the right of withdrawal.

The refund will be made by the same means of payment as for the purchase.

5. Warranty

New instruments are guaranteed according to the manufacturer’s warranty. Contact us for warranty details.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage due to use or other natural wear and tear.
  • Defects attributable to failure to comply with operating recommendations, use not in accordance with the intended purpose, abnormal environmental conditions, inappropriate operating conditions, overloading or lack of maintenance or care.
  • Damage to the instrument caused by the use of non-original accessories, add-on parts or spare parts.
  • Damage resulting from instrument modifications.
